we keep getting told the mail is dropping off [BOLLOCKS].the job just gets worse .iam on a day off rota and when iam off my reserve comes in 30 mins early has no m/r and brings mail back that he cant be arsed to deliver and is allowed to go home
1 30 hrs early then when i go in to say i cant finnish on time iam told well the reserve can do it so can you but i dont.
do it properly and get treated like a muppet.i am on a rural delivery and now our hours have been moved by an hour we have an hour less to do specials.have to break off to deliver them find a phone to phone in this can take 30 mins out of our delivery but we are expected to absorbe it .now we have trackers they might just wake up and see we are not trying it on and just trying to do it properly .as for saturday their are more sick now than working and the doms are trying it on with splitting up deliverys just say no and try and stick together ,give the bastards an inch and they will take the pisssssss,
