'There's more flexibility for comfort breaks'

Really? I was dumped on a new walk a couple of weeks ago. I was given a HCT and a map and told to get on with it.

I was dying for the loo and had been for an hour or so. I rang the office and they told me to knock on someone's door. Unbelievable.

This was over a period of 6 hours. Tena Lady seems to be the way forward in this joke of a firm.

It's completely unrealistic & out of sync with reality to expect the majority of 40-50 year olds to be able to keep the same sort of pace as someone half their age particularly in a job like this. In the same sense it's also completely unrealistic to think that every employee is the same & if 1 30 year old can do something in xyz amount of time, then another 30 year old should be able to do it as well.

All the trolleys have done is reduced the weight carried on your shoulder/back, but they've also made the routes longer meaning you're walking further. So as opposed to stress being largely on your shoulder/back, it's now more on your knees & legs.

I think deliveries should be 2-3 hours at most.
