If you have the time to do the extra, then what is the problem?

If you don't have the time then follow the overrunning delivery procedure.

People need to get it out their head that they have a defined amount of calls etc and can't be changed. You have a defined amount of time. What can be done in this time is up for debate, pretty much on a daily basis.
