In my office we have to tell the DUM whenever he comes in that you won't be able to complete so needless to say he gets told everyday :Very Happy but then even the area general manager thinks my DUM is a complete idiot :left:

Anyone heard of the new tool they are using its called''MANAGING YOUR MAIL'' is this a new thing and is it nationwide???
our dom uses this term every morning weve asked last week if wee can have it in writing what he means by the term... still waiting, what a suprise. :so there :so there

regarding the 'APPENDIX 3' see your rep he will have a copy of the SDD agreement, it is in that crystal clear.. :nana
