we do start on time , take m/r , use lwts etc , and we got tested indoors and pissed it and been tested outdoors 50 mins over each , and what do they do added another loop on the frame and increase ips , can you believe that , and till expect you to do extra because you got cocks finishing an hour + before there time but we are looked at as lazy and s**t at our jobs ,argument everyday , lol

Just bring it back don't fall into their agenda and go home too soon one day something will happen if it does get your union rep or area rep and stick to your guns!

se never finish early which we don't give a s**t about , but when you've may have a chance to finish on your time he expects you to do extra , ermm don't think so , give it to the shithouses going home early , no argument.

we have been lapsing 2 duties this summer. when I cant do it, tell my dom before I go out, he grunts, and says what about the odd day I finish early, I tell him its not my fault if the mail drops on certain days and I am quite happy to stay in the office till my finishing time, not that he knows because he has always gone home by then. Mail has been left in the frame for up to 2 days sometimes as he doesn't pay to get it cleared. Can Doms get done for wilful delay of mail or are they exempt ?

Our managers now come to us and ask us if we have time to complete the delivery. And when you say YES, they are happy and walk away, but if you say NO….thats when the problems usually start. Well, the traffic forecast is only…..there aren't too many packets on your frame….theres only 2 lots of D2Ds etc etc etc. Any friggin reason to get you to take the workload so that they don't have to. You just have to stand your ground.

Because here's another thing that has been cropping up…. when you say YES for today and they are happy, they can then make additional lapsing plans for you tomorrow! Have you ever worked at a company that is so soul destroying as the Royal Mail. Everything is geared to profit, managers get rotated every so often to other offices, the bosses take their bonuses and the only guys that get to suffer is us in the long run.

Oh,hang on.....told today it is coming back for Saturdays only.
