We were told that only some packages were scanned as they went though the system before they came to the delivery office. You were graded by how may of these you rescanned on your delivery, i.e.
If I had 2 of mine scanned out of 10 by the mailcentre and I scanned 9 packages, missing of of the 2 then I would get 50%. If this is how it works then it is easy to see why some people unjustly get 0% and others 100%.
