Classic bullying tactics. You have 2 argue each and every day before you go out you might be over. They tell you no you won't. Majority posties, can't be bothered arguing over 10/15 mins every day. Start coming in 10/15 mins even earlier. Bang, another duty lapsed.
We've only got 3 or 4 p-timers left who actually start on their time. Some I don't think even know their official start time. Getting to stage where I'm not sure who's p/time or f/time. Most tying down or leaving by time I start. You're made to feel like you're a trouble-maker if you claim nowadays. Especially in the summer.

It's a real struggle to get your pay correct if you're Part Time, at least as a Full Timer you know you'll get 39 hours a week (or whatever your contract is). As a Part Timer every extra hour you work has to be entered and you could easily end up 20 hours short after working your bollocks off all week. It's a shite situation and every Summer we seem to play these childish stalling games! FFS Get a grip and just enter EVERYONE'S hours correctly, on the week it's earned ! :arrrghhh (PS I was only 1 hour short last week) :thumbup
