It's not a form the form is to apply for your soft figure estimate, that's the very first stage of the evr process. When you are actually offered evr you sign a multi page binding 'termination of employment contract' as I've said which states, as well as other things, that the offer can be revoked right up to your LDS. So instead of trolling get your facts right.Tman wrote:And you're being a dumb-arse. I saw a form last week, and no mention of the clause you say is on yours.Your being a smart arse, I'm not guessing what it says I've signed it and still got the duplicate copies.![]()

I'd say you need to get your own house in order before before accusing me of trolling. It's a single A4 sheet stating your final day of service and also stating that singing it means it becomes irrevocable, and that's the one which is signed.
If your memory isn't playing tricks and you are correct then clearly the form(s) have changed since you did it. Not that hard to fathom out, is it, or do you think there can only ever be one form and that's the one you've seen?
Things change all the time in RM (not least the T&C's of the MTSF offer) so why you believe yours can be "The Only One" for ever and ever is just facile.

I was offered VR last February with my LDS end of March, i had an estimate of my redundancy payout and when i agreed and signed the application it then went to area manager for approval then i had forms to sign and forward onto a solicitor to be returned within 14 days, i then got confirmation date for my redundancy money to be paid into my account on my LDS date.Tman wrote:I'd say you need to get your own house in order before before accusing me of trolling.
