Let's not talk B*ll*cks
Workplace coaches don't get £36 a week. The allowance is £30 per week for a full timer, pro rata for part time.
The idea is good but most coaches don't get much of a chance to put their coaching into practice. Managers in the main don't understand what the role is about so coaches aren't used properly. If they were we might actually get somewhere with training and retention. We might improve performance, efficiency, proficiency and reduce the number of complaints. At the moment we stand a better chance of seeing flying pigs deliver door to doors, sink or swim is still the main management 'training' method.
Don't blame the coaches and if we're going to talk about how much they get paid let's be factual.
