Other full timers finish are home early every day, never do any o/t and are never bothered with. Favouritism is also shown to part timers who always go over and complete, those who don't, even once, are threatened with a later start time.
This is an employee who generally does a load of overtime every week, working an average of 55 hours a week over the year. However the overall picture is conveniently forgotten. He refused to sign by the way, but didn't leave in. Can they do this, and if so has anyone else come across this form of bullying? The rep is off at the moment for some time.
It is bullying
If a manager or DOM wants him to work to his time every day of the week then they must do it with everyone else in the office. And it should be done by collective agreement. And by the sounds of your office it is hardly Utopian because there are guys in your office that still finish before their hours and clear off home.
