Think it boils down to your relationship with your Manager. some DOMs are actually trying to get the job done, with the interests of the Office in mind, :thumbup as opposed to those Assholes who are only out for themselves and spend all their time trying to shaft their staff! :thumbdown

I personally wouldn't be concerned about a text on Sunday from my current DOM. Some others that I've had in the past would have really pissed me off if they'd texted me.So if it's not the job it must be the person? :hmmmm

Do you normally do overtime for him/her? if so I would say they would be acting in your interest if not may be they are on a fishing expedition for who will work as it is a text message I would not bother about raising a complaint against them on here or with them.
