I just can't work it out why someone would want to help out this company by taking the van home, yea it saves you a few quid maybe, but why help a company that is hell bent on making your working life as uncomfortable as it possibly can.

I would say it more than a few quid when you take into account tax insurance and tyres etc

What happens if you live on the route you deliver to does that mean you can.t stop for a call of nature/tea break, whatever, their will be some red faces at ours if this happens, half the office goes home before or after delivery to take a break

30ish parking spaces in our car park. 25ish vans.
Maximum amount of vans in our car park at the end of the day is 6.
Posties who take the vans home all do absorption.
Management have been heard to say " but you do take the van home " when trying to get work covered.

2 vans at our office and no parking spots, both vans on retention, I take mine home and live 10 miles from the office, shame to lose this option as it saves me a fortune in travel costs

We've not heard anything about the stopping of taking vans home :pray
