Xmas week just gone was my rest week off and this summer two rest weeks fall on 1st and last weeks of school hols . If you have a crap duty, the 6 day weeks are a nightmare though.

Word is that our area manager wants to get every one on days off and no week in 4 or 6 off at all.Why would He want to do this and can He? Wont it mean taking a lot of work off of people who do the weeks in 4?They will have to have about 14 hours work taken off of them wont they?

How does a Wallington week work for leave reserves? Could it be a fairer way of distributing days off? Maybe so that leave reserves on rolling days off aren't given Tuesday as their day off every week.

In our office, reserves are on the same, so all have 1 week off in 6.
