Personally done this a few times when returning later on with mail as apparently its based on time of the first scan. one even rang office once as they said they are desperate for it to thank me for doing this.

and it shouldn't really be our concern whether or not those forking out the extra £4 for 'SG' have paid over the odds. :nana
Earlier finish on a Saturday? Not for a few years! :confused

next working day. If you take a special out on a non-working day (by definition a Saturday)
and it is not SG YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DELIVER IT BY 1pm (or 9am for that matter). Read the document at the start of this thread, it does provide clarity. The customer has paid for delivery by 1pm the next working day. If they want it by 1pm on a Saturday they pay for SG. I've delivered non SG 9 and 1 items after the time on the packet and never had a fail.

The terms and conditions of the product are between RM and the sender, they are sod all to do with us. If we're told to deliver it by 1pm that's what we do.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share
