That £10+ will be payable if he finishes a three hour delivery in one hour - they are paid the basic plus a bonus for every hour they finish early ... BUT .... they are not paid for the hours they save at the normal rate as technically they are not working. The only real opportunity is if they return to the office, log the bonus for an early finish and then take out another route where someone has not turned up for work (which is a regular occurrence in TNT).halfull wrote:id get that ex colleague a new set of glasses so he can read that contract again!philsdeals19 wrote:TNT are recruiting in my area and are employing ex postman on £10 something an hour. So ...Three hour delivery @£7 an hour = £21
Three hour delivery done in one hour = £7 + 2 saved hour bonus of £1:50 an hour = £10 (for an hours work)
Then take out another route to try to end up with a passable wage and kill yourself in the process. Does this ring any bells ?
