Continually moan & gripe about the job,all the extra lapsing,too many D2D's,bullying Lino's,the tyrant of a DOM,but when it comes down to it & they have their chance to flex their muscle ie- using their Trolly & doing the job correctly they fall into line with all the other sheep & keep schtum.
Take all the lapsing,skip their break,run around with a bag on their back...come back to the office an hour early...play right into their Line managers hands (the same manager who a few hours previously they were moaning about).
We also have a few characters who don't pay into the union & do nothing but slag it off,yet as soon as there's a hint of a dispute with a manager they are off to one of the Reps seeking advice,without any hint of embarrassment.
Don't think I'll ever get me head around that one...
