Apparently its a local agreement from over 6+ years ago....theres been 2 new reps since then about 2-3 national agreements and just about half the staff members are new since then too..
so at the moment no one has even seen this so called local agreement....
Do these local agreements ever expire?
might be a high up CWU area rep coming in over the next few weeks.... see what he sez...

email moya detailing exactly whats happening, you might find that has the desired result
