Probably.
It depends how leave is allocated. What the local agreement is. Ask the Rep/Manager, or a colleague you know and trust. It differs from office to office.

It is likely that leave is allocated in a rotational block basis, especially in summer, so as to give everyone a fair split over time.
This year you have May, next year you may get August, for example.
There is usually a 'swap board' for staff to request/offer weeks for exchange.
Sometimes, I wish I wasn't a Rep.

a fellow worker complained today 25 years service and I got last 2 weeks in may hard luck as you say everyone gets there turn
