The entitlement to these is based upon your number of days worked per week, not your number of contracted hours.
Here is the entitlement, (based upon the usual 8 days bank holiday per year).
Working 1 day per week receives 1.5 days bank holiday.
Working 2 days per week receives 3 days bank holiday.
Working 3 days per week receives 5 days bank holiday.
Working 4 or more day per week receives 8 days bank holiday.
It doesn't matter how the days off fall for any particular duty, the entitlement remains the same.
Which document does this come from?
How would it work if your Part Time Duty meant your rest days didn't fall on Bank Holidays you still get the credits as well?

If your work pattern is such that you are scheduled to be at work you will be obviously get the bank holiday off, if you are scheduled to be off then the time off should be given as close to the particular holiday as possible.
