Time for a full on strike!

if you work your full hours and they stop your pay they are breaking the law. As long as you tell your DOM before you leave that you're cutting off he has to deal with it and he cannot stop your pay. You need to go straight to your area rep AND get legal advice on this.
AS LONG AS YOU DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY AND WORK YOUR PROPER HOURS THEY CANNOT STOP YOUR PAY, IT'S HARASSMENT AND BULLYING, TELL YOUR REP, SEE A LAWYER AND TAKE AFFIRMATIVE ACTION.

i know and you know its breaking the law but that does not stop them its not just my office its happened in watford and an office in essex,and the union are taking them to court but in the mean time they are still doing it

As long as you are taking action, but then you have to stand strong as well. This kind of thing needs to be publicised, it reflects very badly on our management. The union should be going to the press with these stories.

Why dont you photo copy your wage slip and post it on here? it will show your hourage and money paid - as jackdaw said its Illegal to take money away that has been worked.

I would encourage anyone who has had there pay cut to post their wage slips on here and photo copy it and fax or mail it to HQ's legal department. I would bet there is a dam good case for pain and suffering and compensation for doing this. why let them get away with it?

Be pro active and work within the laws of the land - eventually heads will roll.
