I think about them 24/7 and IMHO they should all do the decent thing.
They cant do the hara-kiri part as you need guts for that , but they do do the sepuku part without even thinking about it, as they removed their brains from their shoulders years ago.

They are probably stressed as the amount of unhealthy food they consume in the canteen is causing them high blood pressure.

Well, I'm sorry for them. They must most of them be wishing they had never joined RM. I've looked at the RM web site for graduate recruitment and it's got some pretty good advertising material. And what do they get when they're sucked in? They get to sit in nasty little offices with computer screens, and they can pretend to supervise the posties who really know how to organise the work, and who get to go out and about. It's not what they wanted, but they're trapped. Their training hasn't prepared them for life outside RM. It's sad.

...and yet you all moan about how managers treat you like dirt, whilst at the same time vocally wishing they'd all die?

Hypocrisy is the greatest luxury.

Get real EX RM Manager

Post by mailjock »

People are fighting for their jobs and losing a helluva lot of money - so you think they're going to sit down and have a civilized debate.

Fraid not mate - this is a bareknuckle fight to the death and the sooner RM managers realise that the better. Because if we are brought down then thousands of them will go down the s**t-hole with us.

That's the reality of the situation we are in and don't tell us that all managers are angels because I have come across some real turds in my time. There are some good managers but most of these are longer service trying to keep their heads down and do the minimum harassing to get their pension and be an ex RM Manager and they'll be glad to go as they don't like what they're doing but in reality they have no choice as they have too much service invested with this now crap company.

Sense of humour loss.

We just like the workers over the world, and its no difference in the forces, take the piss out of bosses, that's what we do to let off steam. I have no doubt, in fact I have direct knowledge of, supervisors, team leaders, mangers and senior offices within all organisations who take the piss out of those below them in a hierarchical structure. I mean I can picture Crozier, Leighton and Melvin all sitting round the conference room table at HQ, taking the piss out of Billy, we do on here and long may it continue.
