I wouldn't believe RM forecasting because it changes from year to year how it is calculated.
Goodwill gone here too...... Completed days last week that we really should not have going 10 to 15 mins over but not claiming. Got to Friday and had had enough, just too heavy so told manager. NO MORE. His response was to send planner over to us to test walk. My reply was will you be testing every walk that completes with O/T as obviously they must be too long too! Pissed me off as my partner and me are workers not shirkers, we don't take the piss. Now they can go do one.

You need to keep a record of the time you are owed and tell your manager you want it back by the end of the week (or paying as OT if that's what you would prefer)
Some in my office get to go to football or finish early on Fri or Sat as they have loops taken off for the time they're owed. Just don't leave it until the last minute to tell your manager, make sure he knows before Friday.

this is banking hours and is an unagreed practice. It should not be happening.

Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.
same old story, with meaningless jobs by managers all out to justify what they actualy do on a day to day basis.the texts on our pda,s a prime example of stating the obvious of how to do our job on the round, tracked and special delivery times etc, maybe adjust the time on them to reflect the changes of rounds following the ill fated revision???
I was told the "number" is 21 attendance calls per 500 delivery points "up our end" (still bag on shoulder, rurals, no van/PLoop etc) - HA !! Regularly 30+ and one day last week I lost count after 50 - Mystic Meg can just eff off ... I'll deliver 'em - just pay me the docket ... I'm dreading the "real" Christmas Pressure - believe Dimensions do not have head torches on their "Uniform Menu" ...
"We're under model" - oh no we're not - stick your lapse elsewhere ...
