72 % of 1,468 = 1056.
Apparently, using the Royal Mail method of calculation, 22% in our ballot voted against a strike, those who did not vote at all were not for a strike, those who were not eligible to vote for not being Union members did not vote for it and are counted, so only 40% are in favour of strike action.
Using the same Royal Mail method of calculation, 63.23 million people live in Britain. 1056 vote against us striking. Therefore 63,228944 million people in the UK are in favour of our strike. Result!!!
