Definitely not a national thing. Should be 1 x 40 min break and 1 x 20 min relaxation allowance as per Way Forward. That's what we get in our MC

the figure I quoted online a couple of weeks back was 40,000 over 5 years and 15,000 of them will be in the first two years ... so it is looking like a 5 or 4 day working week within the next 5 years
