Quick hypothetical question.

The first advert mentions free registration.
The second (whatever BBW is) does not.
So hypothetically in theory if one wanted to register for the second site (having first established what BBW is) would one have to pay?

It was actually about what kind of financial impact a strike will have and how people will adjust although exactly how Jimmy will bring in extra cash hanging about car parks late at night flashing his lights is up for debate.
