Managers can not visit you at home without your prior permission, full stop.
When you ring in, tell them you will update them in X days, and agree a time table of contact. If they venture outside of this, it's harassment.

If you ring the office and the manager isn't there, then you leave a message with the locker staff, stating they didn't answer, and they are free to ring you later if they wish to discuss it with you.
They cannot just ring you whenever they feel like it.

i went off about 10 days ago ,, phoned on the monday ,, i never got a phone call from management after that and on the wednesday i got a policeman knocking on my door to see if i was dead ,,even though they have my house and mobi number ,, never phoned me once ,, is this anything to do with my first set of grievances going through ?? waiting on the 2 set going through soon ,, what next?
