Rumour here is that we 25 hours guys will be put up to 27.5 hours. Wow thanks.

Up their contracts accordingly...or get rid?

Some offices have increased contracted hours to better align daily attendances with longer delivery spans,some have moved to less than 5 day attendance patterns and some like ours have done both.
Getting rid is not really a sensible option,you still need bums on seats to deliver the mail.
