Does your office use the figures to determine lapsing or do they just make it up? Ours is simple, if traffic is below a certain volume then we collapse, if its above we don't. They do come and ask on the odd occasion if a walk needs to be covered, and if we have time we will do it regardless of traffic.steven100 wrote:All days are heavy with the amount of lapsing we do in our office.
