The lazy c***s do f**k all apart from bully and harass staff, and they get a bonus off our sweat and blood on the streets.
An absolute f***ing disgrace.
Why are the unions not mentioning these bonuses in a mail shot to our homes?
Why do those w*****s in the f***ing courier not mention it?
Where's our f***ing pay rise and bonus?
Bunch of overpaid hitler c***s

Re: bosses bonus
In my opinion, and from what Dingo and others have posted then yes it has had some effect. When the pay round started Royal Mail weren't willing to discuss pay rises until the BT2010 issue had been sorted. At least now they have made a closed 3 year offer. Even though it was turned down, it is still movement, lets hope the CWU keep the pressure on, Bristol and Bridgewater and 20 others units seem to be doing so.demon wrote:yes they got theres but come on what as our union done for our they seem to be just messing about again its july tomorrow thats 12 weeks since april so a back dated pay rise and our still owed lim sums thats about 600 pounds for sum posties and they have still got us nowt.this yes vote the went on about was ment to put the sh***s up royal mail . but has it really ????????

We do all the work, they get the rewards.
Could it be any more unfair?

Re: bosses bonus
Our union should be going to the courts to get access to all our managers bonuses.

Re: bosses bonus
Why? The managers union negotiated the bonus scheme years ago and that is why they get a bonus, which I guess is based on profit, either as a whole or as a unit. What surprises me is that RM haven't managed to find a way to squirm out of paying it, either way their bonus doesn't help our case whether they deserve it or not is debatable.steven100 wrote:Our union should be going to the courts to get access to all our managers bonuses.

Ok maybe not knowing what individual manager received but surely it must be transparent in RM accounts. Is it???

It may well be shown but probably lumped in with the overall salary bill which doesn't tell you anything.steven100 wrote:dvbuk55 wrote:Why? Bloody hell .. that is good money.bringon4dayweeks wrote:32000 grand for being a bully easy money for themteesdale wrote:Funny that expecting their bonus and becoming used to the amount each year, £2000 is no longer something to be excited about. If my managers are on a minimum of £32000, Royal Mail are just throwing the money away really by giving them another £2000. It wont motivate them to go the extra mile. It wont make them learn a new skill or try to communicate with their colleagues any better. The parts of their job description that they ignore, they will still ignore. Wont stop them lying. Wont get them to listen.
