What about changing it to
74% turn out and 26%
possibly not distributed by lazy branches

I didn't get a ballot paper either, wonder how many others didn't get theirs. CWU should have posted the ballots instead of sending them to local reps.
They didn't send them to local reps. They sent them to branches, the lazy branches probably sent them to the local reps. Ours had ballot papers handed out in the office and 1 week later postal ones sent to those who were absent for any reason.

Now it is the turn of the Daily Fail to get things wrong
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... rcels.html
In a consultative ballot, the Communication Workers’ Union asked its members if they supported ‘the boycott of competitors’ mail’.
The results, published yesterday, were clear. Of the 112,414 ballot papers which were sent out, 75,662 came back with a ‘yes’, equal to a vote of 67 per cent. Just 6,996 said ‘no’.
Am starting to get paranoid

The time has come to stop turning the other cheek, time to stop shaking our heads in bitter dismay, time to stop mumbling our angry words.
The time has come for union.
