On a daily basis and on average, there is at least 1hr+ difference (including the 10 minutes extra break) between a 39hr FT staff and a 32hr PT staff, the 32 hour staff is expected to complete all his duty without assistance... Therefore that extra 1hr+ should be used to prep a second walk or fully engaged on IPS... (of course, it will not be enough to prep all the walk - but most it; minus D2Ds, redirections, packets and kill offs)
If the times cannot work for FT staff, then surely it is the same for the PT staff. After all, we are all in it together; NOT!
