Simply put, I think the DS should be an hourly rate, not a weekly one. Does that not sound fair?
The problem is that additional DS isn't clearly stated on payslips but it IS there hidden in the overtime paid

Heres the maths (based on this weeks payslip)

Basic Pay 25hrs 238.53
Del Supp 13.86
Overtime 12hrs 121.14

add basic and delivery sup and divide by 25 hrs you get £10.095 per hour
divide the overtime by 12 hrs you get £10.095 per hour
