Last Monday we got told we had to go to a 39hr week (our revision hasn't happened yet either) .
We got told we CANNOT have 12 mins early finish Mon-Fri and had to vote either:
A. Come in half hour later on Mon and Tues.
B. Come in 12 mins later Mon - Fri
We all voted for the 12 mins later start. So anyway this brought up a new problem, what time would we go on the sorting as its meant to be 7am yet a few were moaning saying it should be 7.12am now. Even though the whole day hasnt shifted 12 mins forward as if so then we would finish 12 mins later right? Wrong! We had to have a vote on when to start sorting
and so we now commence sorting at 7.12am!! What difference does it make? well it means those who have thrown out their walksort trays start sorting earlier than that and those that have also thrown out theirs but cant be bothered to sort (altho now they officialy dont have to before 7.12am) stand around chatting etc wasting their time instead of getting on with it, so we can ALL get out earlier!!
