Just interested in how many offices started doing the job properly from today.

Not our office that's for sure.....

When I strolled in at 4:55 most frames were already good and full...

I've tried and tried at our office, but they're either selfish, stupid or both.
They don't realise that they hold the power to make things work their way.
But finishing early is what we've always done.

Dur!

They're not the smartest lot.
Some people though do do the job properly and respect to them.
The others will only come whinging when it's all over.

THEY ARE LIKE IT IN MOST OFFICES MATE I'M AFRAID-----------WE TRY TO MAKE THEM SEE SENSE BUT THEY ARE A BACKWARD TYPE OF CREATURE
WHO'S LIMITED GREY MATTER CONCERNS ITSELF INITIALLY WITH SELF PRESERVATION AND DISREGARDS ANY LOGICAL IMPUT WHICH WOULD BE OF BENEFIT TO IT.

I'll give you a better one than that,I was out on a Trandos collection this afternoon,got back at 1800 to be told that one guy had come in on a Bank Holiday (today) and boxed up the mail that was on his frame for tomorrow ,a couple of others on collections had done the same
We're having a meeting outside the gate tomorrow,to discuss doing the job properly,some of us want a ballot for an OT ban.But after having had words with a couple of lads on Sat,I wont be holding my breath waiting for them to do the job properly.

soundslike my office is typical of every other office in the country,half the work force in before 4.30 ,taking no meal breaks,1st bag on the bike 25kg .having job and finish is great but its a 2 edged sword.the sooner people do the job properly and work their time the better
