Are any kind of standards enforced in the parcel delivery market? I saw so many doorstepped items today, mostly in closes, but there was a large Amazon packet left out in plain view at a back-and-front door that would land me an instant ticket to unemployment if it had a Royal Mail PPI marking on it.
The machine stops.
