No im not a dom , nor is it a wind up, the loops, in practice on the first round are just ,on average an hour long, nowhere near what the magical planners say. Also, there is only a few minutes in between the loops to deliver parcels, so its not practical to do this. We were always cutting off and bringing loads of mail back.So in there wisdom, they have now, the planners that is, have rejigged all the loops to finish at the same time, why?, I don't know. This is part of phase 6, and I told the planner this is doomed to failure, but they know best. So now we go out with 8 loops and bring back two, also, they get most of our walks thrown and now they have just started to throw my d2d in aswell, in the hope I can do another loop  Don't get me wrong, I have been through that much bullying and harassment, that sometimes I wondered weather it was worth it, but I have broad shoulders. So by doing the job properly, this is where I am now.If some of you take time to read some of my other posts, you will know exactly what I have been through. Also we have a very strong union rep. :Very Happy
I married my wife for her looks, but not the one she gave me when i said i was going to be a postman.

problem is they have worked every loop on an average time .
not every loop has 5 parcels per loop . One might have 10 and the other none one day

Park and loop is a total and utter un-mitigated disaster a flop a cock up an exercise in failed management to find job's for each other (PLANERS) a DOM's bonus a lino's bonus a heavy impossible workload for a postman/woman and a HUGE BONUS FOR MOYA AND ULTIMATLY PRIVATISATION OF ROYALMAIL!.

That is 100% wrong, there is no such thing as banking hrs which is what they are saying, get your rep and area rep on the case.
Actually,have you a rep?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
