Bugger. Did not think of that .. Just called them up to rant

I would also ring the company that uses them to say how yodel treats their items to customers. They might think twice about using them then
:hmmmm Yes I tried that and the result was zilch - in fact the supplier confirmed that under a hedge in my front garden was a "secure place" - the item in question was over £100...................needless to say they haven't had my custom since.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

I found a Yodel card blowing in the road telling me that my parcel containing my iphone had been left on the doorstep.

Went to a house yesterday with an Amazon packet. Looked to the left of the door and there was a box the size of a chest of drawers chucked behind the bins. If you were walking past the house in the right (wrong?) direction it was plainly visible. I thought about stealing it but didn't have a way of getting it home.
