Our managers were out on delivery today as well - all of them.

I don't think they were using their trollies :no no.

Anyone else have another cut-off spectacular today or is it just because a year after our revision management has decided things were working too smoothly and axed the night sorting? :d'oh!

Lets see: almost half the office are working their days off in overtime. Nearly all the part timers are coming in early doing full timers hours for overtime. Lots of staff having to work over their time.

And there are STILL yorks and yorks of packets left in, packets left on frames. This is just getting ridiculous. Royal Mail, you need to hire more staff. Stop cutting back, it just isn't working.
