Make no mistake...these trainers are LETHAL AND A DANGER TO ANY POSTIE WHO WEARS THEM IN WET WEATHER'...they offer NO GRIP on wet stoned surfaces..i have slipped FOUR times landing on my back IN WET WEATHER and it has only been through luck i have not suffered an injury....many of the posh places i deliver to on one round have tiles/marbled floors...i can't even stand up in these trainers on floors such as these in the wet...never mind walking....these trainers need to be DUMPED ASAP by RM...They are great for dry weather/surfaces....NOT WINTER USE!

None of the footwear seems to last more than four months max. I thought the Doc Martens would be the exception to this, but after four months mine have no tread left and the leather has worn through where it creases. Now I'll have to break in another pair. Where's the crying smiley?

I have to agree with this. Ive avoided the Cats but recently ordered a pair for the summer as i thought they would keep my feet cooler :left: I wore them around the office for a week or so but the first day out i skidded on some painted concrete which has never happened before.
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

It was the new magnums (new to RM) that caused me to have my AOD. I warned my postie about them and a couple of weeks later when I saw him again he agreed with me.

I too had Magnums on when I had my AOD, them mixed with snow/ice and temps of -9c I did'nt stand a chance.
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets
