Damn. That's my cover blown thenI often think Panorama would have a good program looking into the "workings behind Royal Mail". I bet the customers wouldn't believe half the stuff that goes on. If they could get a researcher to get a job at one of the offices it would be great - I've seen them do that sort of thing before.
