Ok our d.o. had a meeting (obviously it started well before us part timers arrived) so i didnt get the entire gist of it but...
Seemingly we (the peeps who dont lapse atm i.e. 25 hours and below) are due to start lapsing next week (woop-de-f*cking-doo)
due to the fact that we dont seem to have enough work to do as is. This conclusion was arrived at because of the amount of people scooting out the door about an hour earlier than scheduled. To remedy this f/t are to prep our frames as per usual, then do redirects and kill offs, then sort packets and bundle up ready for our return from lapsing.

Let's see exactly how long this works. I forsee it working the same amount of time as when they tried it last i.e. it didnt work from day one

Been in contact with the area rep, apparently he's received a number of complaints regrading this from our office and there's an off-office meeting being arranged.

Can you be honest here,

1 Are some people using their own private cars on delivery?

2 Are some finishing before their paid time?

3 Are some starting before their contracted time?

4 Anything to add to your first post? Ie anything you have missed out regarding your post!

1. Yes.
2. Yes because of 3 and not using the correct delivery methods (eg bags on back).
3. Yes.
4. The person suspended apparently didn't follow the correct procedure but having said that he probably didn't even know what it was.

It also seems that newer starters (28 hours or less a week contracts with only 1 day off a week) are not getting paid the extra hours on the duties they cover even though they work out at over 30 hours per week due to them being 9 day fortnights.
