we would have like the chance to discuss these things but never did, we would have liked the area rep to have an informed discussion about them and then we would know where we stood on our options,
the level of support of the consequences would be irrelevant, there should have been discussion prior, there wasnt we were bulldozed by the area rep who agreed an extremely high ip, higher than it should have been and most importantly higher than the union want nationally!
