and once again more offices being split due to agreements being left in limbo.
if the cwu had the same agreement across the board we would all know where
we stood.
offices all over the country have arguments over s**t deals by reps and mangement, if
everyone had the same agreements we would all know what to do.
and the first thing our union should do is to make this job full-time.
no contracts for part -timers once these was introduced the problems started it is not the staff
on these contracts fault but time and time again managers just use and abuse them.

our union should have a good look at what it stands for and start to restructuring its workforce into a movement that it can be proud of and trust in its union policys.

If everyone here hated this company so much... why dont you go and work in a factory or a petrol station. Then you might just see how easy you really do have it
