not worth a wa*k the procedure only occupied a lot of my time for the deciding manager to completely undermine the whole processCheetah wrote:Have just won a stage 3 grievance today against my DOM, but you wonder what was the point...... Several recommendations were put forward by the appeal manager, but they are only recommendations, nothing concrete, no retraining for him, no instruction to adhere to the correct procedure, no apology, nothing other than recommendations...... So he can do it all again to another colleague when he likes...... Does it go on his record at least, what are your experiences if you have taken out a grievance against a manager and is it worth anything ????????

Hmmm I think the procedure is there just as a paper exercise to make us lot feel there is fair treatment for all, but what's the point of any procedure, if when a perpetrator is found guilty of whatever offence they are only recommended to change there waysbogstandard wrote:not worth a wa*k the procedure only occupied a lot of my time for the deciding manager to completely undermine the whole processCheetah wrote:Have just won a stage 3 grievance today against my DOM, but you wonder what was the point...... Re: GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE...... YOUR EXPERIENCE OF
[I have just had the same problem as everyone else it seems. I get shafted about my contract, make a complaint then it goes up to stage 3 and then I get accused of being a lying and violent person. They completely turned the tables on me to cover it up. What do people do after stage 3 conclusion. I cant believe the amount of collusion and lying by senior staff within RM. The office I worked in had too many people up the managers arse and they were they only ones that were interviewed! its frightening.
