I DGAF about anyone's cards. When they come out talking sh*t to me I tell them to talk to the hand. It's not worth the time of day chucking it in a damage bag - ultimately it doesn't make you any more or less liable because it's thrown in a bag, and it certainly doesn't cover your arse. You're hardly likely to go out delivering all the mail from which you've pilfered, after all.

I had one this week that was slit open and loads of rice had fallen out of it ...

Why don't you put them in damage bags? any damaged cards should be put to one side and given to a manager to endorse then put into damage bag and then sorted!
