yes CWU HQ have become another layer of management etc etc.....but 50% of members never bothered voting on BT2010 so we got the union we deserve.....as for starbursting its not any better or worse than 2 in a van/park and loop and should have been an option in the revision as it gets round the driving issue-ie lack of drivers in your office can result in transfers or as in my office long term staff couldn't pick a lot of duties because they cant drive and it makes a mockery of seniority.We were told all crew buses and larger vans where not available and being decommissioned but they seem to be available in London..or is this just a temporary thing until they have full revision?

The CWU remains alarmingly out of sync with it's members hopes and aspirations.
I will find out soon, just how "normal" a working day, Saturday will become. If the finish time is moved beyond 1.00pm, then that will be the final straw for me. I will leave the CWU.

We are supposed to finish at 13.30 on a Saturday,never do lucky if we get back and done by 14.30,that's without a revision.

Don't go over, and finish at 13.30.

Good point,It's your customers that suffers and i think that is the card they play knowing that you will stay out because it's your customers,been in for a while so i was trained to focus on customers.Sorry!
