Packets have increased significantly in the last 2 to 3 years yet this is hardly ever mentioned by RM.
Does anyone actually know by what percentage the packets have increased?

Royal Mail have constantly lied about alleged "falling volumes of mail", ever since the dishonest pair, Leighton & Crozier, walked into their cosy , vastly over-paid, and for want of better word, jobs.
Moya Greene is no different from any other senior executive in Britain today, dishonest, greedy, and if truth be told, we'd all of us be a lot better off without 'em.

If a manager got off his ass and did a p/l round he would find out why it doesn't work

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

ive been hearing this for a few years now , but yer pouches dont lie they have increased, also why introduce the lwt trolley if its dropped so much , its a little white lie as the only real drop is in r/m share of the mail we have to deliver. now thats the real crime the money being robbed by tnt dhl and the rest who make profit from a publicly owned company and the other parts of the private sector who benefit. then theres the carve up of managers/directors bonuses i could go on seems royal mail is still the gravy train for some but not all just need to find how deep it goes :hmmmm
