Would this not come under the auspices of the IWT revisions? We haven't yet had the £600 + £200 for walk sequencing and the Indoor revision and if this scheme gets the go ahead it may never happen. We've had the CSS machines for 9 months and not a penny paid because we are supposedly waiting for the indoor revision.

I think I'll email the area rep and ask him why the money hasn't been paid. I'm sure he'll get straight back to me with a very plausible explanation as to why there is a holdup.
