That's where people are going wrong ,

People aren't going wrong because people aren't planning these revisions.
Most members don't know what 100Bsi means or the implications of planning a revision around it.
Who or what is really going wrong?
If Bob Gibson has said this at briefings , conference and in LTBs.are the ADR's Divisional Reps and local reps outside of London not listening?
Have you asked your peers from around the country why they think things have gone wrong?
Are they blaming their own members or local and area reps...maybe even holding their own hands up?..Mea culpa
Or does the gentlemen's agreement stand where you don't point the finger?

Let's be honest this was just far to complicated a revision process to dump on the laps of local reps with very little training or planning skills and next to no support from Branch and Division.
The old local agreement strikes again and once more we are weakened at national level.
That's my take on it.

london allways gest it so easy give them 8 lots of door to doors aweek aswell totaly move there working hours around and tell them they no longer get there london wateing and see if it works then

I can confirm that Forest Gate in East London has introduced an integrated revision and is working ok , in West London a number of offices have introduce integrated delivery method revisions and up to now they have gone ok including w14 , W3 , W7 , a couple more are due to go in next week and Paddington is due to go in within 2 weeks.

What kind of revisions are these,are they P&L?

These are all combined integrated and delivery method revisions using the criteria of HCTs for walks within a mile from the office and CDVs for walks further than a mile from the office. Remember there are 6 offices in west London in an office in NW10 so all of their walks are CDVs.

It has nothing to do with whether it's done in London or not. However it has everything to do with making management at regional , area and local level apply the national agreement.

it does make me laugh that London gets criticised from forcing management to abide by the national agreement, when at the same time a lot of people on here are moaning at what has happened in their offices.

You could not make it !

The simple advice I can give if your not happy with the revison proposals than don't agree them , raise it up to area , divisional or even national level. Do not accept something if you don't think it will work and has not the support of your members. Plus don't accept an area rep or a divisional rep trying to go over your head.

We've been told during WTL that our our revision has been a success story. However immediately following that we are told that we are over spent on staffing costs for the financial year by £40,000 so how that makes us a success I don't know.
