What a superb age!

I am 32 as well + 6 months and 24 days.
Me too + 29 years and 9 months.

I had buy down May of last year when the buy down was included in hours saving for the bonus. Apart from the financial advantage personally I cannot see any reason now to sacrifice hours from the office as there would be no overall advantage.

I had also applied for EVR I didn't get it but a year later two others did!

Some bloke suggested that maybe you had to be in "the circle of friends" to get buy down = well I can honestly say that anyone who knows me would be absolutely convinced that isn't true.

Oh Dear i must be in the circle of friends then!

Many were angry as to who were offered it, who were not. The grounds were spurious to say the least. We even had one member who had retired on his pension and lump sum, who returned full time, and was favoured with buy down, and another lump sum, and yet possibly the more deserving, who had medical or personal reasons for wanting BD were overlooked. In fact, management did not have the common decency to inform them that were not being considered and left them in the dark for 6 weeks.

It's not what you know, but who you know at the Fail Centre, IMHO.

where's your rep in all this??
That is a very good question.
